Hi all,
I am trying to help a friend identify this case. He measures it as 47mm x 377mm and there are no stamps on the base.
I have attached the two photos i have. Any information will be greatly received.
Thanks in advance!

Hi Kev,
Thanks for the speedy reply. I actually have a British 3pdr case to hand and it seems to measure 334mm and is stamped "3PR 2CWT I". Would this mean that
my friends case is definately not British?
Thanks again.

3 Pdr cases were made by a variety of countries. If the case is longer, it might be a 3Pdr Vickers case that isn't marked.

If I remeber right 3pr 2cwt is for the tank gun and not the naval 3pr, search on here for 3pr 2cwt.
