Who know this metal box? Where is it used for.

I think made by the ELA factory in 1982. Markings are as far as I can see: CM O 2 ELA 82

It's FLA, but I don't know who is the manufacturer behind this code. This type of box is/was used by the Belgian Army for 7,62x51 and 5,56x45 ammo. I don't know if other countries also used this type of box.
