Unknown fuse parts for id

Hi.. These were passed on to me by a friend to try to Id for him,, as its not really my area I'm posting here to see if anyone can id them for me please?

9, 10, and 11 - Cartridge GM or Igniter GM?
Unsure of Mark or Model.
Made at ICI Ardeer.
Could do with full NSN from the body. It may help.
