Unknown German(?) WWII 20mm Projectile

Had this for a while. OAL is 3.08" or 78.23mm. Sintered iron band. Looks like a Becker, but for the band and dated '44. Don't know what, other than 20mm, it is. Thanks for any help.

The upward facing arrow tells you for sure its an Ubungs patrone...
