The body looks like a french DF37.

Thought about the French DF37 also but the fuse part seems out of place.Can't find something similar .I believe the pullring to be a later/modern addition but that can be fixed.

Booby trap with French grenade (with gaine removed) and German mine igniter (with special adapter), homemade or ww2 improvised, I don't know.
