unknown headstamp 0n 77mm case

recently i`ve found these two brass cases dimensions 77mm x 230mm x rimm 91mm with unusual markings.
now my question is, in witch country and factory are these cases produced.

both are made by Siemens-Schuckert. I wonder if they are produced for export as the headstamps are very unusual.

//Edit: Sorry, no it does not seem to be Siemens Schuckert. I just recognized that the logo is different. Probably not a german headstamp.

one case is found in belgium and the other in holland. thanks for the information.
