It's WW2 german, but I can't tell you exactly without checking my library. I'm off on holiday and by the time I get back I expect somebody else here will have come up with the precise identification.

Hello, i need to know the dimensions, this is the 21 cm Schwere wurf granate or the 38 very nice pictures, regards Ben
 
I would go with the 21cm since the head diameter is 197 that would only be off a few millimeters
 
It is the 20 cm leicht ladungswerfer, see drawing.
