Unknown large Lorenz Karlsruhe shell case

Here for ID an unknown and likely cut down shell case. It has a very early Lorenz Karlsruhe head stamp (~1880). The rim diameter is 104,3 mm and the "caliber" is 98 mm. I do not have a shell case with a 104,3 mm rim diameter in my references. Any ideas?
