Unknown logo on 25 mm Hotchkiss projectile

I recently got this 25 mm Hotchkiss projectile (just a common AP for the 25x193 case) and when looking at it I noticed this little logo "A A" in the lead core at the bottom. Is this an actual logo? What does it mean?
