Hello everyone

I'm new to this forum and I would like to find out some more about this 105mm round

the markings are: 105mm M14 Type 1 MEMCO 1944 LOT NO EME 3-95

I cant find anywhere that what memco means, is it the manufacturer?
any info of this round would be appreciated, including it's value.
I'm sure the paint isn't original, but i do hope the fuze is. Can anyone confirm or deny that?

many thanks

ps: it is inert and has a weight of 13 kg
