Unknown manufacturer of 40mm Bofors L/60 Type I case

I found this 40mm L/60 Type I case. It has typical British markings, dated 1938 so an early case. I got it because I found the Greek "hi" logo and the "BH with arrow" logo very interesting. The BH/arrow may direct towards a Bofors affiliate?
Who recognizes the 2 logo's and can tell me the manufacturer? I have seen several examples of these, always on a 40 mm Type I.
