Unknown mortar bomb for ID

Hi can anyone ID this bomb for me , it came in with a small collection that I bought recently and is not my thing so I have no idea what it is . The head is approx 65 mm diameter and the whole piece is 250 mm long , Thanks in advance.

Granatenwerfer 16 spigot mortar grenade. These were also hand-dropped from airplanes.

Yes, they were used in WWI.

You want to check to see if the propelling cartridge is still in place. If you see a cartridge there it is likely to be live.
