Unknown Mortar Round?

Sorry for the crappy pic., it was forwarded to me from a cell phone and is all that I currently have. Item reported to be approximately 60MM Diameter. Any thoughts?

That's a new one. Very nice. It may not be a 60 though, the fuze looks similar to a 1920s experimental that was on a 2-inch, though the fins on mine are very different. Good piece.
