Unknown Practice Bomb

We found a practice bomb or practice maybe seamine on a screap yard but we can't identify it.

Hope someone on the forum can.

Diameter is 20 cm, total length 110 cm.

Yes it is a strange one, but someone most had making it.

Anti Submarine torpedeo as dropped by Lynx Helicopter etc?
Or possibly a sonar torpedeo?
