I have no documentation regarding this "bange" projectile. It measures 19cm and the diameter is 6.5cm.
The 22/31 fuze screws well.
At the back, I see the number 14.

As far as I can tell it's a type of shrapnel shell ('obus à balles' - lit. 'projectile with balls')
It's most likely for a French 65 mm mountain gun (Canon de 65 mm de montagne).
This shapnel shell is slightly different from a front ejection type and seems to be know as a 'obus à mitraille', literally 'projectile with grape shot'.

The 80 and 90 bange cannon are known but not the 65. There is the 65 mountain gun model 1906 but the shell is on the cartridge.
May be an early model for the 65mm 1888/1891 marine gun, but I have no more information.
