They are 165mm demolition gun HEP (High Explosive Plastic) projectiles with the integral cartridge case on the base. By the color code, they look to be U.S.
These were fired by the 165mm gun on the Army Combat Engineer vehicle. They have electric primers and turned out to be very dangerous in lightining storms. They are completely filled with a huge amount (35 Lb.s) of plastic explosive.
These have been replaced by a 120mm saboted HEAT round fired by the Abrams tank.
The last photo is a UK equivalent round that was posted by one of the other BOCN members months ago. As you can see, the UK round has a different ogive shape and paint job.
