Unknown rifle grenade

Who can help me on a type designation for this rife grenade. It has German WW2 30mm rifle grenade features in it, but I suppose it is post WW2.
Who has a positive identification.

That's one of the most unusual devices I've seen here. Are you sure the 2 pieces were made to be together?
