Unknown Rocket Component

That is the improvised fuze. A pull cord would release spring loaded strikers that hit .22 cal cartridges, in the carts was seated time fuze. Fuze ignited and burned down to set off non electric detonators - this is pretty much a standard fuze seen in IRAMs from the mid east now. It was also the fuze used it the suspected chemical rocket fired in Syria
