Unknown shell case, most likely French

I am trying to identify some cases for a collector friend. I have this strange case, that is potentially unfinished.

Measures 73,5x192DR94 with a 14.2 mm threaded primer hole, so probably a 75 mm shell case.

Based on the looks, the double rim and a 14.2 mm threaded primer hole I would guestimate this shell case to be French.

Is the case finished? I am not sure. On one side it already has a double rim so I guess the rim diameter of 94 mm is the final diameter. But I do not know any 94 mm double rim shell case......secondly, the 14.2 mm primer hole is already threaded so that is final. But the shell bottom is concave, and not in the Schneider-Canet way, and there are no markings. So I am not sure.

Thoughts?
