Unknown Stick Grenade Head.

I have this old stick grenade head and ask if anybody can help ID it?
Steel and rusted but smaller than German?
The detonator holder is sealed and the hole in the top shows where the explosives would be.
Dimensions: 104mm overall. 84mm head length. Body is 50mm diameter. Both rims are 54mm.
Hole in top is 15mm. Base for a stick is approx.36mm. Threads are 3.0 mm pitch.
All info is welcome about country, approx. year and type of grenade. Ron.

I only know finnish practice M41 with a similar shape (not 100% exactly the same).
Maybe you have a practice grenade (hole on top).
