BLU3 are not that common, but it looks as though yours may be missing the pressure plate and from the detail of the picture it is hard to tell if it is an actual BLU-3 or the BDU body repainted. The second item is an exercise variant of a West German HEAT submunition, missing the forward section with the standoff spike. I do not recall the nomenclature off the top of my head - DMxxxx.
If the body is real one should see a kind of 'pitting' (Hence the name pineapple) where the steel balls touched the inner wall of the outer casting mould and no zamac (casting mass bomblet body around balls) has settled.
