unusual but nice 37x94mm inert

I thought i would show this piece in my collection, unusual German 37 x 94mm, it seems some sort of practice round, the fuze plug is brass with the insert below that screws into the shell and the fuze plug on top, as i say, unusual,also, it is nicely scribed under the drive band, comments welcome

I think it has been turned into a lighter Mick, but still a nice piece.
