Hi.

I’ve recently picked up a U.S. lemon, that has been inserted through the fuze well.

At some point someone has painted the body, fuse and pin green.

I’ve start to remove the green paint, and whilst there is very little left of the original paint, what is there looks to be a light blue (like what you’d expect to see on an M30).

Anyone seen an inerted lemon painted blue before?

Regards

FWIW have not seen a M26/M56/M61Series HE Body in blue. My guess is that the blue is not original.

Thanks. I assumed that to be the case. Back in the early 70’s we inerted HE ones, filled them with cement, painted them red and used them for classroom instruction. But I’ve never seen a blue one before (excluding the Brit ones). cheers
