Very impressive. We've had an discussian here sometimes ago if the VB grenades are interchangeable. Reason: the different cartridges,
France used an 8mm caliber and the US 7,62mm. To that the 30 06
is more powerful. An unconfirmed result was - yes the grenades are
interchangeable. The US discharger cup has a hole drilled for gas escape
of the more powerful 30 06 cartridge. The difference in calibers are unimportant. So you are the right guy to talk to.
Any idea?

It is my understanding that the French and US VB grenades are interchangable.
