US WW2 hollow type closing plug for tail fuze adapter booster

I am looking for information about the hollow model closing plug that was used in the tail adapter booster of the 260 lb. fragmentation bomb. So not the solid hexagonal type.
Second quistion: Are these also used on other US bombs.
