$200-300 would seem reasonable. $400 is high, but how long do you want to wait for a better one? They show up at flea markets around here about 1-2 times a year, but some of those are repainted. On occasion live ones have washed up on the shores of Lake Huron, along with Cooper Bombs, apparently they were flown out of Alpena back in the day.
