UZRGM grenade Fuze

Does anyone have any technical data or know anything about this UZRGM fuze?

Other markings include '354' which i think is the factory code, and '02-83' which i presume is the date of maufacture.

I know it works by striker release into a booster, but my question is what is the fill of the fuze.
