the picture is pretty poor and I can;t get it enlarges. But is is suppose to be a improvised projectile that is fired from the end of a improvised recoilless. It almost looks like the old Davy crockett. But the munition is very similar to the NVA/VC items US Subs has been posting in his random thread.
