and others who like or should I say love WWI ordnances. I know there are allot of you good fellas out there.
This however, is not about ordnance used during WWI. It is related to WWI and the Vietnames.
I was reading my book on The "NVA/PAVN/VC" and found this little tid bit of info.
During Frances occupation of the area and especially the entire country of Vietnam, the French were in a bind. However, there were three different classes of people in Vietnam, and accordingly wanted to fight with the French army.
France then took from each class 100,000 people from those classes to help them fight side by side with the French war effort on the Western Front.
I wonder how they fought?
