Can someone tell me what company made this grenade? I have Crowell's book but I do not see any companies that made grenades that start with a Z. Is it hard to find a fuse? I accidently forgot to title it and posted it before I completed the title.

Regards,

It's an American MkI from the First War

And I didn't read the whole post...sorry I don't have a list of all the makers. And the original WW1 fuse is almost impossible to find. It is correct to put a short spoon, cutback fuse on it though

A complete MkI in average condition is going for $450, the fuse for about $350 anf the body for around $125 to $150. I think yours would go on the higher end. The fuses do show up occassionaly on Gunbroker
