Weekend catches

Not a bad weekend, picked up a number of decent items. The Mk. II body is interesting, not one of the crappy modern castings made from the M21 bodies, this is old. Casting is good, frag pattern is prewar type, but the holes have never been properly drilled or threaded. I had a thought that it might be one of the ones they used for throwing practice. Its certainly possible and for 5 bucks it was worth the chance.

Yea, I'd say you had pretty good weekend SgtLynn. I'm sorry, but I gotta say, all this stuff & ya talk about MKII bodies LOL! All kidding aside , what a fantastic "lemon" I've been looking got an M61 w/ markings got YEARS! Correct me here if I'm wrong but that's not correct fuse for the '61. Anyway very nice, thanks for sharing your catch.

You are correct, its not the right fuze, its an M204A1 and should be an M204A2, fortunately I have one to replace it with. NICE catch, I was wondering if anyone would pick up on that

Sgtlynn, ya gotta be proud of that one. SUPER FIND! and some other nice ones the same weekend. Sarge what you called a good weekend, some of us would call a good year! lol.
