What are these cases?

Hi All-
I found this ad for some "brass shells" on a local buy and sell site. On the headstamp of the shorter shells I can make out the British broad arrow and what looks like 2 pr. On the taller cases, there is no bottom - just a rim and some numbers! Anybody know what these tall ones are? I've never seen anything like it before - though I don't have heaps of experience IDing stuff so that probably doesn't mean much:tinysmile_cry_t2:

Hi 5th Armored,
Difficult to judge the size of the cases, but from looking at them i would hazzord a guess that the taller ones without a base could be 120mm BAT RR cases, sorry cant help with the others as i cant enlarge the 3rd picture.
Best Weasel.

Hello there..........measurements are always useful (-:
Length of case and diameter of base anyway.
And yes that does look like a BAT rcl case 120x788R x150rim
2Pr No1 is 40x158R x48rim but there are various case based on it with lengths of 145, 125, 107, 79mm for example

Thanks guys - I don't want to ask the seller to measure them because I have no intention of buying them now that I know they are post-WW2, but your help is definitely appreciated:top:
