What Are These???

Asking the experts...

A good friend of mine was given a few of these brass "things".
Unfortunately, no one knows what they are? We're only assuming that they are ordnance related.
They came from Jersey, appear to be German and are about one (1) inch in height.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

with the protective cap screwed it's incomplete. Without protective cap it could look like a pulled / already used one. But you should have no problem to find the missing parts, these igniters are very common in Europe.
