Lug is simple bended steel plate and welded in place, just like the struts fot the tail that are welded.
The explosives room is a straight cilinder shaped hole down.

Yes an Oranovsky fragmentation bomb, the model type being an AO-8 (АО-8). Its nose would be green, body and tail would be grey, stencilled markings would be black. An AO-8 for sale is below.

If you unscrew the nose does it have two holes on opposite sides of the explosive charge cavity?

Hello,
Russian Oranovsky bombs exhibited in the Air Force Museum in Madrid (Spain).
V.V. Oranovsky was a Russian artillery captain who designed a set of aviation bombs in 1913. 4 of these bombs were shrapnel (8 to 80 kilos) and 8 bombs loaded with high explosive (4 to 640 kilos)
Greeting

This bomb (unless i’m mistaken) was also designated as AOKh-8. It contained an irritant payload of 0.54kg of diphenylchloroarsine mixed in with the fragments.
