I have this American grenade. Anyone know what type it is, and what is its value?

A U.S. Mk. II with an M10 type fuze.
If all is real and original, they go for +$100 in these parts.
Looks to be a replacement cotter pin on the pull ring. Inexpensive originals are easy to obtain.
