What weapon......?

What weapon is this made of? Or is it "home made"
It looks like the bafflers on the end of the barrel do a very well balancing job, nearly nullifying the recoil of the weapon.
I suppose it is 14,5mm calibre.

So in fact the ultimate sniper gun if someone would take the trouble of placing a descent scope.

To what I have seen these are 14.5mm made from some spare barrels od normal guns.

This kind of arrangement could not handle the recoil of a 30x165.
