When is the German long delay fuze 17 used for the first time?

I think that in May 1940 the Luftwaffe only used impact fuzes in there HE bombs during the invasion of the Netherlands, Belgium and France.

Hello,

For sure German used ElAZ17 during invasion of France in 1940 as we find sometimes UXB with this fuze.
The last I saw was made in 1940 (markings : Rh.s. 1940).
