Worth the money?

Hello all. My son bought this lid in a junkshop for me, he paid 7.00. I think he got his moneys worth. Can anyone tell me anything about it, could it be from the Vietnam conflict? Cheers, navyman.

Not sure if it's vietnam dated or not, I'm not too good on lids, but with the inner shell and cover, 7 is a very good price.

Nice deal ! 70's model or so? Everything seems to match that era so complete.

Looks like a 1972 dated model by the tag.. cant go wrong for 7 pounds.
