WW 2 .50 calibre bullet ID/cross section

Hi, don't know whether anyone can help with .50 calibre bullet identification. I have some with blue tips which I believe are incendiary's. They also have two cannelures, and not one. I understand that there were a few rounds with this distinction. I'd also like any cross sectional photos or diagrams please.
Many thanks, Richard

Richard - A photo or two would help. Bullet length. Type of cannelures. Boattail. Weight. Etc.

If it's a US bullet, then I would say that more than a "few rounds" were made. It's still a US Standard AFAIK. Once identified, someone can point you toward drawings or even photos of sectioned examples.
