WW I - 15 cm shell - German ??

Does anyone has more information on this item. 15 cm - WW I - probably German as the marking on the adapter looks like a little crown with the M from Navy under it.

It's a german naval shell for sure. But due to a big shortage of german WW1 naval documents it's very hard to identify it exactly.
