WW1 75mm case D.C.P. Co

I wonder if anyone can identify this shell case and manufacturer. The case is 277mm tall and does not appear to be cut down. The open end is 75mm diameter. Who were D.C.P.Co?

Length is good as it is. It's for belgian Krupp/Cockerill field guns but would fit also into most other Krupp field guns and compatible Schneider guns.
 
Do you happen to know what F.P.S. Co is? found on russian contract cases i see frequently in usa. Was curious as I suspected they were a canadian manufacturer
