Hello friends, here a new stuff found on Northern Italy Alpi front.
It's the WW1 Austrian Hungarian BOHM trench mortar, extremely rare, shot with a short simple tube put underground.
I never hope to find it, but it come to me.

the Böhm system, was an improvised trench mortar used at beginning of the war until the adoption of standard minen werfer. No detailed info are known.
here the mortar ready for firing above a wooden beam.
the mortar, and the bomb disassembled.
the bomb is 132mm in the lower part that was inserted into the mortar, the upper part is 200mm.
Weight of explosive charge is not known.
When fired the propelling charge inside the mortar ignites a pirotechnic delay inside the bomb which detonates the explosive charge.
