I have excerpted these pages from "The History of Munitions Supply in Canada 1914 -1918"
The amount of material made up for the U.S. here is quite surprizing, but was due to many U.S. plants being
tied up with foreign contracts. Yes there certainly were American Army inspectors up here on site.
