WW1 German Practice Stick Grenade?

I have this stick grenade from some time but Im not sure if its from wwI.On the right german practic stick grenade wwII.

I think that's Polish from after WW2 ?

Polish post war practic grenades were similar to german from wwII(similar to one in the middle) and russian from wwII.On the right polish post war practic grenade.

The "Russian WWII" was used till at least the 1980's in school sports as "throwing devices". I'd say 99.9% of these are made decades after WWII.
