WW2 Bomb Label ?

I recently found this in a load of spares I bought a few years ago. It's quite small and easily missed.

Double sided with Before and After warnings.

Has anyone seen this before and knows what its from?

Hardly any detail in the previous thread and the detail on the tag didn't tally. Practice bomb wrapped in wire?
 
Hi, Its a tag from a 11.5 Practice bomb see pic.

Here are a couple of pics of an original one, The (before) the pin is put back before removing it from the bomb rack and (after) the pin and wire holding it are removed so it will be armed ready for use.

A practice bomb might not be dropped for whatever reason and would need to be secured on landing. It contains energetic material and would need to be made safe, no?

The safety wire, connected to the safety pin, is clearly shown and indicated in the drawing provided by Andy in post #4. Replacing this pin and wire is part of the disarming of an unused practice bomb.

That certainly looks more like an appropriate pin.
