Pictured are 2 German WW2 75mm projectiles that I would like to correctly identify. They are aligned at the driving band to show the difference in size above and below the driving band. I believe the left hand projectile is from the 7.5cm Pak 40 (length 297mm) and the right hand is from the 7.5cm KWK/StuK 40 (length 304mm to base and 320mm to bottom of tracer cavity. The right hand projectile has a far more pronounced boat-tail and the tracer pocket. The question is are these 2 projectiles different models for the same gun or are they specific to individual weapons? Many thanks in advance.
