WW2 Mills Body marking help

Had this one come in and having trouble to make out the makers marks, any help would be great to ID this one.

i think its a F then M but cannot make out the rest, also inside the body there has been cast a deliberate indent which i have never seen before,,,,,,,, Dave

At first I thought it was a drill dimple where someone had gone too far through the filling hole with a drill bit but then looking at the pictures it looks like a flaw in the casting. Either way its relegated the grenade to training and not exploding....

Sorting through collection and noticed this mills which matches my mystery practice exactly Not WW2 but WW1,,,,,,,,,, Dave

Dave. Could the L be the casting mark and the rest MM (Mill munitions?).

Dave, looks like MMLD (small capital D) so Mills made... The F below the filler being a mould check.

Edit: crossed with John's post. As he said Mills Munitions most likely.
