WWII 30-06 Round

Pea Shooter

I was recently going through some things my father left me. I found this round that he said he brought back from Guadacanal. It is a 30-06 from Frankford Arsenal in Philadelphia. It has a blue tip. What does that signify? Is that incendiary? VaughnIMG_0542.jpgIMG_0543.jpg

Yes, it is an incendiary loading.
