WWII German Pak 36 3,7cm (37mm) Ub Training Projectile

This projectile is not in my German manuals. The fuse is not the normal Bdz 5103 for the 37mm. Projectile is dated 1939, and the fuse is dated 1940. Are these a real training round and training fuse? Thank you for your help. Steve

could the Bdz not just be a 'Zünderersatzstück"

You have an normal "Ersatzstück für 3,7cm Bodenzünder 5103" (Dummy fuze).
The "Ersatzstück für 3,7cm Bodenzünder 5104" from @orpheus 72 drawing is larger than your Dummy fuze.
The 5104 simulates also the weigth the explosive charge.
