these signs belong to the lion and tusk museum The Lion and Tusk Museum - 759 photos - History Museum - Unit 10, 14 Portside Drive, Mount Maunganui, New Zealand 3116 (facebook.com) the largest museum of its kind in the southern hemishere
the museum is going to make copies of these signs if anyones interested
i would love to find originals
has anyone got any photos of these signs in use,in minefields

Any idea of the dimensions of the various signs? Even a close guess would be great.

the "danger mines" with skull and cross bones(which is red and white,and white and red on the other side,which is quite unusual) is 280mm on each of the 3 sides
the one in photo 2 is probably the same size as a standard mine sign,280mm,200mm,200mm
the square one is about 300x400mm
the first one i have at home,the other 2 are still on display

This vinyl sticker (from an auction in SA) measures 150mm high, 300mm long.The seller says sizes are taken from an original.
